We've had school districts calling us where Xerox is the incumbent and the districts are very upset with the performance of Xerox since the pandemic. Terrible customer service from their call centers and trouble getting repairs and toner cartridges in a timely manner. Wonder if the school district in question got fed up and stopped paying on the lease.
