Hi Art, Even if you could convince him by offering a different model, some sort of guarantee or whatever, the question you should ask yourself is what happens if the problems return. Would you really want to have that standing between you and your cousin?

Sounds like you need to move to where your cousin lives and set up a copier company that gives good service. Cousin can be your first customer.

alright, it's the same as networking with your current customers. Over time I've been able to establish relationships with other dealer owners. In particular, one is Pahoda Imaging in Colorado. Working with Pahoda allows me an avenue to still get the order and I don't have to walk away. In fact Pahoda is een on accepting these types of orders from salespeople like you and me

MS 365 User Question
Hoping that someone knows more about MS365 than I do. There is a feature of MS365 that enables group discussions. Is there control that you can set as to who can get notified when a new group discussion is started?

Canon 5560i scanning question
Can the 5560i scan to MS 365? If it can, can you also browse to a folder in MS365 and scan the documents(s) to any folder you choose?

Re: Canon 5560i scanning question
Canon has a solution called Authorized Send that allows Scan to OneDrive which I believe is what you mean by MS 365. You can browse sub-folders and create new ones from the MFP with this. MSRP is $1100 per device. They also have uniFLOW One (Online) and uniFLOW). This is basically Canon's PaperCut Solution so it offers a lot more than just advanced scanning/scan to cloud (i.e. cost tracking, authentication, mobile print tracking, follow-me print, etc.). uniFLOW One is the Microsoft Azure...
