I seem to be seeing more MAC in the field, anyone else? Anyone have a video on MAC scan to folder??

Great info. It seems Mac users upgrade their OS much more frequently than Windows users. This is why most of our Mac users have chosen (been persuaded ) to use scan to email. However, there are times when scan to email is no substitute for scan to folder.

Slight correction...both the IM 430F and the IM 430Fb are 43 ppm. Additional info...the 430F (SP 501) has a Service Maintenance platform while the 430Fb (SP 502) has a User Maintenance platform. The SP 510 and SP 502 are printer only versions of their respective MFP's. As far as I know, the SP's and the IM 350 (350F without a standard fax) have not been launched yet. It's been sometime since Ricoh introduced the MP 301 (A4 black MFP 30ppm). Five years is a long time to hang on to a model, especially when A4 devices are being introduced left & right. Why are they upgrading the PC???? Simply because Microsoft isn't supporting???? If so, my advice would be not to change a thing. The PC should be dedicated to the plotter and as such should not be doing anything out on the interwebs that would invite a virus in. Big can of worms to open on a machine that is that old especially with the lack of support from the defunct manufacturer of the Ratio controller. Opportunity to upgrade to a modern machine with internal controller.

Need help with Ricoh & Windows XP Print Driver Leave it up to me to find all the crazy stuff out there. We recently placed a Ricoh print device in an XP environment. The client can't change the OS because the one software program is their life and blood and there is no upgrade of the software available.
