Art, Great article I always used the purpose question when hiring. Ask the candidate what their purpose is, what would drive their core being to do what every it takes as long as it's legal, moral, and ethical to succeed in the career of sales? When people have the conviction for their purpose they will have the strength needed when the world of circumstances attempts to stop their momentum.

This is a tough business and finding young blood who are willing to gut it out is HARD. I've been in this industry for 5 years now and every year the thought of quitting enters my mind. New copy machine lease to help Y-S schools save money
The Yellville-Summit School District should be saving roughly $1,500 from what it spent last year this coming January, a decision board members made after voting on a bid to lease copiers from Ricoh during a meeting Monday. The district is leasing a total of 15 copy machines: six large machines and nine smaller ones that will be making about 1,000 copies a month. The bigger ones make the bulk of the copies. Each office will have its copy machine, including the high school and middle school.

Hartford Public Schools closed due to ransomware attack
CONNECTICUT - Schools in the Hartford Public School system did not open on Tuesday as scheduled due to a cyber attack. In a letter posted to families and staff on the district's website , school officials wrote that no in-person or online learning would take place until a ransomware virus detected in the system that communicates transportation routes to the district's bus company could be resolved.
