and if your customers are in the same bind as many of mine, they can carryover their section 179 deductions for up to three years. If they haven't reported a profit within three years, they've already closed their doors and bailed on their lease too.

I have always assumed that interest could not be included in a Section 179 claim but I went to our accountant who used to be an auditor and she said that same thing… Interest deductions go into a different bucket so to speak. OK, try this: On the desktop, set up a new folder, and name it ABC. In scanner settings box, use 215 dpi. select "scanner" for format size. In the main scanner settings box, under settings - options - general tab, select set and file. The path for the scan to file lights up - set for C://desktop/ABC then CLICK APPLY. Open a new set in scantool, and scan a 36 x 24 document. 1. Does it appear on your screen correctly? 2. Does the TIFF / PDF image appear back in the folder ABC on the desktop?
