Found this in my google alerts It's an impairment loss linked to the acquisition of IKON and MindShift; a recognition that their past strategy didn't work. What is important to know is that they're not actually losing money. Everything's described in the press release you're linking; and I urge the interested people to read it, and also the February 2018 presentation linked to in the article. There's no reason to panic
