Correct. We'll find a way to drill on the moon to sate our appetite for oil. I don't see the question as "will we run out of oil?" so much as "do we want to give billions of dollars a year to Hugo Chavez, Russia and the Middle East to finance THEIR agendas or should wee develop an American-produced replacement that we can export?"

Art stated: "Geesh, so where does that leave the likes of KonicaMinolta, Toshiba, Kyocera and Sharp?" This specific Ricoh Press Release is a direct response to Konica Minolta acquiring All Covered, Inc. If you read carefully, there is no real newsworthy 'event' or 'announcement' in the Press Release, which is a statement in itself. The Press Release announces an 'intent' rather than an 'action' that has been taken. Sources tell me that this 'dog-and-pony' show was dressed up at an event held...

Panasonic has been out of the industry for about 3-4 years now. There is no parts or R&D from them. There are only 3 distributors in the US...one on the west, east and midwest. All of their support people have taken other jobs with the distributors or in other areas. It was very frustrating dealing with the middle man because many times they did not know the answers and there was no other resources. From what I learned at the BTA East Grand Slam event in Rye Brook, NY on 10/3/12, Ricoh will not adopt this strategy in the U.S. However, they are preparing the RBS locations to pursue Managed IT Services in certain markets. They have no intent to offer any type of offer to Ricoh Dealers, like XEROX has with ACS and Konica Minolta has with All Covered.

Yes, AC68 that is exactly what we do for leases that go past expiry. We increase the cpc to what we call "market rate". Unfortunately, this makes the account easier for a competitive vendor to swoop in and "slam" the account with a new lease.

Well, we're already proven that the economy doesn't shut down when gas hits $3 or even $4. I think a tax which sets the price of gas near $3 with the proceeds going toward developing alternative energy sources would be a good thing. Don't you want to stop borrowing money from communist China to send to the islamic middle east? Why do you hate America?
