Eastchester salesman Joseph Holzberg has been ordered to pay Executex, a Hawthorne company, nearly $1.7 million for pocketing commissions on photocopier scam leases. CHESTERVILLE — Selectmen agreed Thursday by consensus to stay with their $500 counteroffer made to U.S. Bank regarding the town's buyout of two photocopiers.
