The user interface on HP and Xerox both are pretty weak in comparison to Canon, Ricoh, KM and Sharp. Even Kyocera and Toshiba are better in my humble opinion. That being said, HP and Xerox merging would mean that their products would still suck. They'd just suck more equally under a unified brand. thumb
