I sold Konica Minolta for 3 years and worked with Konica/Minolta products for 7. One of the major differences between Konica Minolta and Ricoh is administration and ease of use. It is true that Konica Minolta has this feature. The problem with it is that you can not make the quotas time sensitive. It can start to get confusing to the end user when they have to go back in and allow another 100 copies. Ricoh does not have this feature because the designers probably thought that it would confuse the end user, which it does on the Konica Minolta, even from the browser interface.
