There is a utility called ccScan. Just google it. It is a simple Windows based app that allows users to scan directly to Salesforce, Google, Box, Google Drive, Sharepoint and other cloud repositories. And here's the kicker..it's only 180 a year per PC and installs in 5 minutes. No major ecopy server based complicated issues.
