There will be a lot of P-offed Ricoh dealers in Canada that will begin to search for alternate copier suppliers.

I have one that switched a few months ago. They stated that as an independent dealer, Ricoh Canada treated them poorly, like a branch office. Ricoh Canada has grown so big with rules ands procedures it is hard to get anything done quickly or easily.
