BTA says that they have yet to hear of a single case going to court. If that's true, it is nothing but a fishing expedition with no intent to ever follow-through with a lawsuit.

That having been said, the last thing that any salesrep should do is to advise a customer to disregard. If there ever is litigation, you have just needlessly inserted yourself into the equation.
