New Canon Direct Program?

Hey Gang,

I caught wind of a Canon program (likely direct MPS) that offers a number of incentives for long-term/fleet customers.

- Canon 10 years warranty support
- Free controller refreshment offered to the customers after 10 years use.

This seems unusual to me and I feel like they would try to refresh all products after 10 years. Has anyone heard anything about this and have any details?
