Last year, before the "Direct" edict went into place. I lost three of my top accounts; one for 12, 7 and 9 systems at each of the accounts. At each of these accounts the statements that were made:
1. Why buy from a dealer when you can buy from direct for less.
2. Since we are direct our service is superior.
3. Dealers don't get the same support that Direct does.
