It's not just Ricoh & RBS, we (Independent Canon Dealers) get the same thing from Canon \ CBS. Where you may have a case is IF Ricoh \ RBS is selling the their product or service below cost. They call it "dumping" and it is illegal.

Bring it on, we will beat them by selling value!
