Much like you, I sell for a relatively small dealership. We have taken on e-copy and I am going to be trained on the software (or at least on selling it) next Wednesday.
Here's what I don't understand: I would find it incredibly unlikely that my dealership spent $12,000 to take on this product. I am wondering if you have a less than honorable e-copy rep and I will be reading your post at the meeting next Wednesday to the group (that should put the rep on his heels right off the bat).
My sales manager is out of town until Monday, but I am sure he will share with me the costs we incurred by taking on the product. I will be happy to pass on any information I can gather. I just hope it will not be too late to save your deal.
