Thanks Art but i think i'm going to walk away from this one.

Just too hard with voice "assistance" vs voice "guidance" systems in play.

It appears Canon / Ricoh are more advanced and I don't have the resources and time to check differences and build a technical case to remain involved in tender.

Well given we get very few requests for this kind of product it is not likely to affect us in any great details.
