Does anyone have some detailed knowledge or work experience in implementing or using this product?

We have a customer that employs 20% of its staff with visually impaired & totally blind backgrounds looking for a solution to navigate the photocopiers with voice guidance.

Any feedback would be appreciated even if its regarding competitor devices that fit this bill.
