Current Lease Rates

I have been having trouble getting lease rate updates from vendors and my own management. Here is my last rate quotes from CIT.

36 Month FMV 0 Down - .0267
60 Month FMV 0 Down - .0185

Can everyone post the their best rates and vendors so we can all have a current idea of what is out there.
