ComColor & Envelopes HELP please!

Boy oh boy, the envelopes feed excellent!The customer had three same files, .tiff, .jpeg, and .eps. I could not print the .eps because we did not have the ps rip. Could someone please tell me that if I had the ps rip would the .eps file look better than the .tiff or .jpeg when printed from the GDI controller?
