I'm in the midst of going there myself so any inoput would be greatly appreciated. My understanding is that it takes 10-15 people at $795/person to justify Ricoh doing the class. I've been told it is 2 days and I've heard 4 days so definately need clarification on that point. I would also like to know if there is a way to take the class independent of Ricoh.
