We have not yet received any info on these products. In fact this forum is the first place I heard about them. I guarantee that the product the customer mentioned is the imageRUNNER C3200. IKON had been alleviating all 2058 inventory to make way for this product. I am not even proposing a b/w only segment 2 or 3 copier with the Canon and Ricoh products that have recently been launched that can cost effectively handle convience color and b/w. I've sold 3 units so far this month and all situations were upgrades of existing b/w only copiers. The customers weren't even considering color until they realized they could replace their current copier with one that will allow them to copy and print color for a minimal investment over what they were currently paying. I am excited to see my W2 at the end of this year with the products that are being launched!
