Just to add some fuel to the fire:

A lost prospect told me she hates it...mainly because it is an awkward angle to put in originals and they don't go in straight...and it BEEPS all the time. They try to turn it off and it just keeps beeping everytime it does something. Can be a big annoyance for anyone in the same room.
