Yes, I have lost SMB customers over $3.00 per month but I always stay in touch and usually get them back 3-5 years later,

Just today, I performed a way, way out of contract customer performance task not related to copiers but totally related to critical workflow on a very short timeline that most other vendors would say "not my problem".

A3/A4 performance in the SMB space is only partially about money.  It is about  execution when customers are in a crunch.

With Staples and Office Depot customer support reps not being paid commision it has to be about to GFYS.  They will not go out of contract.

I realize you are generalizing about about 98% of the marketplace and I effect about 0.00001 % of the marketplace, but it is my marketplace where I earn a liveable $100k annual income.
