Issue: When using Ricoh's Desktop Binder software to scan documents to PDF the Print Audit Popup window appears then disappears and then the software stops responding. How do I fix this? Solution: The Ricoh software is either closing the popup

This printer was giving out SC500s because the fuser was binding up. So I put in a maint kit (2000) which is the fuser, transfer roller and feed roll.The next day the customer called for an SC543. I went out there, removed the fuser and took it apart....

Client has a Xerox 8830, they are printing & copying 5,500 square feet per month. They only use 36 inch wide paper. I have figured the linear foot monthly at 916 LF per month. Am I correct? Art
