So, not much in the news for this week back in 2004. In the threads below, there is a reference to the Connectivity CafÉ. This was a Ricoh web tool that would allow to configure the MFPs. It was fantastic and we used it all of the time to stop configuration mistakes. I think in 08 or 09 Ricoh abandoned it and we were left to reading all of the foot notes to configure our devices. Boy, did I make a lot of config errors. Just a few months ago, Ricoh finally intro'd a new configuration for the MFP's. I glad they did. NO more mistakes!!
