no copies or prints on the 1035's...less than 12,000 PER YEAR per unit because it will bog down the exstensive scanning that has to get done. Their copiers are connected Xerox DocumentCentres and Canon ImageRunners but very much preferred ScanRouter software and Ricoh's large interactive display. I have just installed a 1060 in which tab copying and printing are required. When preparing for the training, I have come into a snag with the actual tab stock itself. Single Forward Collated Tab Stock does not seem to work no matter what I do. I did reverse the tabs and was able to print. Do you know if this is a standard requirement with this system? I have not been able to find any Ricoh information which states that Reverse Collated Tab Stock can only be used. Appreciate your help! Thanks

The demo was going well until they added the printer to a couple of MACs running OS X (version 10.2) On some multiple page files part of the file prints and then I get a stack error message reading: ERROR:undefined OFFENDING COMMAND: STACK: Also they had problems in the past with the same error when printing printing multipage documents to a Cannon system with a fiery on it. was already cutting the master when I got next door in our demo room. Must've taken all of 3-4 seconds to RIP. I was so excited, I went to the other extreme and downloaded a huge full color 11x17 file (approx 30Mb PostScript print file). It took it just over 75 seconds. That's about ½ Mb / second processing speed. However, a 6Mb PS print file out of Reader took just 6 seconds to RIP. 1Mb/sec. Awesome to behold. The MS Word docs came down in a flash, as well. My demonstration was such a success

come close, the other may not. This is what you may be experiencing at your customers location. There is a way to reduce the image one way and two with the JP series. Just access the directional magnification mode and you can make the changes yourself. Be sure to double check if you or the customer is trying to print the borders near the edge of the 11 x 17 (mark it), then go to the operator manual and check the specs for each system.
