that being a copier sales person is not a bad thing. For me it's been wonderful, fulfilling and has paid the bills. Yeah, we have to put up with a lot from time to time, but if you're a proven producer then you have the best job in the world!!! Sorry, I meant to say a mix of A4 and Legal size documents. I agree most copiers should be able to do mixed size originals with a combo of A3/A4 and Letter-R/Legal. The problem I am having and I do not think it can be done is one of a mix of A4 and legal mixing North American and European sized paper in the same document. This is because the two paper sizes are of different widths.

A major account of mine bought two Fax 4430NF's thinking they would be able to have faxes forward to email like their MFP's do. Fortunately, they got the faxes from their computer supplier so I am not on the hook but I would like to help them if I can. Since most have not looked at a stand-alone fax brochure for years let me review...The 4430NF has network print, LAN fax, and color scan including scan to email but does not forward incoming faxes. Any ideas?
