Kyocera has a "Mobile Print" app, it is free to use and is compatible with the TaskAlpha machines, but I could never get it to connect. They also have a "cloud Connect" solution, it is subscription based like Ricohs Hotspot but also lets you print/scan to from Evernote. Evernote is the best!

It seems like most offices are looking to be able to print from their smart phone or tablet nowadays. I'm wondering what options others are recommending. I have looked into several options including Google Cloud Print, Smart Device Print, PrinterShare and some others. It seems that each has its strengths and weaknesses. afaik the engine that do all the OCR stuff isn’t very powerful, the process is very slow (the Xerox mfp's are slow doing this) and it is probably intended for very small businesses.

Just don't try to connect PPDM to the copier. The desktop software is really good. I bet your dealership has hundreds of unused licenses for it laying around so its basically free. The Nuance PDF Professional softeare and Omnipage software that comes bundled in there is great and the OCR engine blows away e-copy.
