Looking for some advice. We have an account with Savin CLP240d and CLP350d with finishers & hole punch. Running 40k per month color and 80k month mono (combined from both machines) Sharp is trying to get them to lease 2 MX-4110n mfps and charging $.049 color and $.007 mono. For stapling reasons very low, but I do find separator/mailbox options very popular. Being in HP land we sell a huge amount of M4555FSKM/CM4540FSKM which have a 3 bin sorter for fax/copy/print jobs and this is well received. Its also worth noting many of the HP devices have a convenience electronic stapler built in which is very little if any additional cost as has been great for selling against full functionality finishers when the customer wants very occasional stapling. Copiers, electronics destroyed in blaze at School for Excellence

SAN ANTONIO -- A portable building outside a private school on the city's near north side was damaged in a fire early Wednesday morning. Just went you thought you've seen everything! My account has a lease for an MFP with Wells Fargo, he was OK with the lease renewing for one year since he was not sure if he was going to move. After seeing him a few days ago, he stated he was ready to upgrade. I pulled a copy of the lease and offered him a new system with about a $30 savings each month. In MAC there is always the Generic PCL Driver that has worked with any B/W machine I have ever tried it with. Also gives B/W output on most color machines from Ricoh. Still would add PostScript though.

On the Lexmark XS658dfe you referenced, it cannot be ordered without a finisher. There is a 2nd pre-configured model (XS658dme) that delivers with a 4-bin mailbox, but I doubt many of those are sold. On the other hand, Ricoh's new SP5200 and their MP C300/C400 series have one version sold without a finisher (cannot be added later) and one that is pre-configured with a finisher. Of the Ricoh A4 units I have sold, I would say the majority of them have been the model with the finisher with the
