I have a current customer who decided to shop us but it turned out she didn't like the color on any other device except our Samsung. Cost of PCUs/PCDUs and other parts
Do you, as a Ricoh reseller, have any issues with the cost of parts for especially the XX03 machines? Here in Europe the PM and yield parts are extremely expensive This also affects the pre-owned market, if the trade in machines have high counters they are next to worthless.
