A sales rep sold a Ricoh MP C4504ex to a real estate company. The company was hoping to bill back the realtors for copies and prints and have the  users authenticate via the key cards with the Ricoh QCA  and card reader.

Its a roll fed copier and I don't remember Toshiba having anything roll fed. The most common roll fed's were from 3M (VQC) or Minolta (EP 201?). Did SCM make a roll fed? I'm going to guess it's a Minolta.

So, a little more on this we used Ricoh Smart Device Accounting for monitoring copies and prints to the new MP C501SPF's. Users need to put pins codes in for print and a report is gathered each month by the administrator for bill back. No cards required. Our client uses both MAC's PC's with no issues. Hope this helps. I'm not a wine drinker however a bottle of Patron would be acceptable
