Not saying it's right but if I am installing a new Ricoh that is replacing an old Ricoh, I move the Classic buttons to the Home screen and move the others out. I so seldom get a complete audience when doing install training so I feel the greatest imperative is to minimize the learning curve. Usually one of my selling points has been that the user interface is consistant with what they are used to.

I've always had problems with the combination of User Codes and Mac printing. We have an office that is 90% Mac and they have decided to implement user codes. The real valuable part is the "Win/Loss Analysis System". It really makes a ton of sense. How many sales people know how they are perceived by the prospect?. We all think we have that unique charm that meshes with all people. Who is going to tell us to our face that we talk too loud or too fast? How many times have we confused the prospect but they were too proud to admit it? We might be a great listener but what if we are not perceived that way? If a sales rep is perceived as dishonest, pushy, self serving... shouldn't a company (and sales rep) want
