Ricoh are offering one of my customers a £500 service to remove the hard drive from the copier for Data Protection reasons. As they have 4 machines going, this isn’t cheap. Is this really needed. What gets stored on the copier that may require this service? read the rest of threads here

Doceo Office Solutions has opened its second location in Maryland. The new office marks the opening of the York-based printing and copier firm’s seventh location, which joins existing branches in Hunt Valley, Maryland, as well as York, Hanover, Harrisburg, Lancaster and Carlisle.
