Great day today as I moved my sales gear into our new office in Manasquan, NJ, we now have two offices in NJ to better serve our clients in central New Jersey. I also enjoyed my time with one of the new reps answering all of his questions, I'm thinking now is the time to start the transfer of knowledge and I'm looking forward to it.

Has anyone else seen this? Printing to a Ricoh 04 series device. I bring up the image on an ipad ( I also test my iPhone ), I go to the print center bar and then select air print. Air print then shows a preview of the photo or screen capture. The image is printed and one side of the image is cropped or not there. Could not figure out what was going on. I love the TCO feature but in the last several months prospects are not biting on the cost per page or the monthly spend the tco is putting out it seems.
