Sometimes I just don't understand.......

I was told the other day that we are not going and not allowed to sell the lower A4 color mono MFP's from Ricoh. Thus, if someone wants color and the volume is very low, I have to either walk away or try to sell them the color A4 MP C307SP. With a black device, it's the MP 301SPF. Now, I have multiple clients that have larger A3 devices that have bough many of the lower A4 color monochrome devices. Usually I'll sell the black devices for about $1K and the color for $1.3k. I'm not making big

Lexmark getting more aggressive?

Anyone seeing any uptick in promo activity from Lexmark in the last quarter or so? Hearing some anecdotes about Lexmark growing sales in N. America, andgrowing some segments (A4 BW, A3 Color). I think this could be replacement cycle related (probably replacing both these product lines soon ^), but wondering if anyoneseeing anything in terms of more aggressive Lexmark pricing/promos.
