1) Call your competitor and ask to speak to a sales person and fib about who you are, your company, and give a BS call back number. We did this many times in order to get answers to those speed, feed and feature questions.  In many cases we got snagged and had to hang up....more here

HP says it will answer Xerox's latest buyout offer on February 24

While Xerox had a lot to say earlier this week about its efforts to acquire HP, Palo Alto-based HP says anyone waiting for its response to Xerox’s nearly $35 billion buyout offer will have to remain patient for almost two more weeks. Xerox has expended their IT services world wide. All good propaganda however remember not long ago Xerox closed several locations nationwide requiring their employees including sales to work out of their home offices in order to save millions of dollars in overhead. So it is impossible for them to make such a huge recovery they can’t even find on the map where they are. It will take years of recovery before they will turn a profit on and now they appointed this new person in charge of MA

I tried to get more details from my Ricoh production rep, he tells me more info will be available towards the end of the month and that was it, hoping for some big changes, especially in the LCT area.
