Real Copier Sales
I just think of Print Management (or Managed Print Services) as the extension of copier programs into the print environment...all service and supplies for a set cost per copy (or in this case print). Copier leases spark Town Board cost-savings clash
Art Post (Guest) ·
annual $1,404 is saved only in instances where Smithtown replaces an Icon model printer with a new Toshiba model. Ricoh Offers Managed Print Services to Reduce Printing Complexity
Art Post (Guest) ·

In addition, users are continuously increasing their standards in regard to results, security, sustainability and cost. To address these demands, Ricoh created the MPS offering. This flexible program makes it easy to outsource all or part

In addition, the company stresses that injecting a bit of color into a presentation can illuminate important ideas and save time. (And wouldn’t you know it, Xerox executives highlight their names in indigo on their business cards.) . 1. Most partners don't care about the program, particularly in this economy. They care about the product and growing sales. The second step they will take is a whirlwind or worldwide visit to key channel partners. That is mistake No. 2. Yes, those partners want to be reassured but they are already engaged in actively selling the product. Collecting some data on those partners is good but what is better is time spent with the solution providers who support the rival's brand. They will probably

I believe that issue was fixed with firmware quite a while ago. If not, the fix I've always used was FTP instead of SMB. FTP takes under a minute to set up on the server and has a wizard to step you through the setup. People usually raise security concern with "opening" FTP, but it is very secure since you can tell FTP to only accept communication from a single IP (the IP of the copier) AND require a username and password. You can also only allow "write" rights so that even if someone could

I for one believe that managed print services is the removal of all printers and the re-assement of volumes, needs, costs and workflow! Otherwise, I don't see how you can service the account like you could with all of your own products. A statement like this "Best of all, users only pay for actual output

see manufacturers leasing the equipment at Zero percent in order to keep the factories producing? Or would the factories subsidize and entice the leasing companies to extend credit in order to keep sales going? Alot of questions that may or may not be answered. At some point in time the madness needs to stop!
