She’s able to get the printer to print one copy of a multiple copy job, but after that it refuses to print the rest of the job. I am looking for help in identifying the trigger of what is termed as a Multicast Storm, caused by the SSDP protocol on the Ricoh/Savin MFP's. I had a customer whose network was brought to a standstill by this "Mulitcast storm" creating so much traffic on their network.
