Other than Ricoh members, there are almost 500 members that belong to Canon, Kyo, KonicaMInolta, Sharp, Toshiba, Sharp and Xerox. I'm not sure why they are not posting in the dedicated forums, most seem to be lurking (which is ok), I would like to see more activity in the other forums, however I can't force them to. Would opening up all of the forums make them post more? I'm not sure because they are not doing it now. People need to stimulate the forums, ask questions in those dedicated forums

This was provided to me by Kevin Reidy who used to be the Sr. Strategic Products Sales Manager for Ricoh. I remember him saying at the time that if an HP Plotter was going through a roll of paper a month (150 prints) then you could place a 240W for less than the supply costs of the HP.

Hi all, My customer has a Canon 830i fax machines.They would like to have the Fax to prints faxes only once the whole fax has been completely received in the machine’s memory. As it stands, they are printing out one page at a time (very slowly) as each page is received in memory. Is there a setting that can change to achieve that?

There may be a lot of us who work for dual line dealer. Like myself we are a Ricoh/Kyocera Dealer, but a lead with Ricoh. So, I don't do much with Kyocera except if I am in a price war against a Ikon or Lanier Dealer. We have a small Lanier Dealer that will cut our knees out every time we run against him.

Several years back we had a demo in a pastor's home office for a couple of days when he called in because the machine was misfeeding. We had been selling him on the reliability of this model, so he wasn't very pleased with the performance. When our technician went out he opened the side of the copier and found that one of the Pastor's kids poured cornflakes into the copier. We got it cleaned up and he bought the demo.
