Ricoh and Nuance have been no help in supporting the batch process I have implemented. This resulted in the process failing every day and having to be managed remotely by me with calls at 6:30 in the morning. I spent hours on the phone with the Ricoh hotline and Nuance (support via India). Yes, I think a BYOD would benefit from this feature. The administrator can share the printer with users and they can print from various mobile devices. It relieves some of the ownership of having to maintain hardware and provide requirements on what can and cannot connect to a print server and driver installation.

It's very rare that I get to speak to the DM when I do a cold call. MY only goal when cold calling is to get the DM's of who is in charge of making the decision for copiers. Sometimes I have corporate brochure and sometimes I don't. I very rarely leave a copier brochure, but I always leave of business card. I see that you're also a dealer for mailing equipment, thus my pitch would be that "we a reseller and service provider for office technology, I understand that you may not have a need now

For a company that preaches on sustainability the way Ricoh does, you would think they would provide a rebate if you send them back that they would reuse them on other machines instead of spending the resources to manufacture additional control panels. These panels will eventually just be disposed of.
