I have been selling the Kyocera FS-C2126 for entry level color. I am reluctant to sell anything below that. The 2126 isn't the most user friendly macine on earth but it does have a very low CPC. Really having a hard time selling the value of the Ricoh A4 color. They really shot themselves in the foot with this one. No APS, No Legal Size glass and priced way to high. I think our initial order of these units will be sitting in our pallet racks for a long long time.

My feeling was that if the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant situation deepened that we may have supply line issues for MFP's, Wide Format, Duplicators (Ricoh). My main concern was not the production in Japan, but where most of the parts come from like the motor's, pcb's and other assorted parts. I kind thought that dealers and direct would make a run on hardware

Thanks Art. I thought about that option but I am not sure if that will work with a copier. Also I have read they are not that reliable if it did work. Has anyone used a print server like this on a copier that is not usually setup as wireless?

Even for machines that have a wireless option, it's generally cheaper to sell them a wireless print server that plugs into the copier's network port. We do it all the time.
