I don't think you're going out on a limb, talk is they want to challenge the likes of Ricoh, Canon, Global and KM for dealers as a sole source line and not a secondary line. Was in Office Max today and saw four new products from Sammy on the low end, what out HP, Brother an Epson!

Yes, Ricoh (with IKON, RBS, SAVIN, LANIER) still holds the #1 position as of end 2010 Q2 (April through end June 2010). Yet, they are down -18% (in terms of Units) as compared to the same time period last year (2009).

Art: You should be able to use PPDM and set up a process in Omnipage Batch Manager to OCR all documents landing in a folder, then transfer the fully OCR'ed documents into the fax archive. Then, using Windows Search pull up every document with an occurance of a specific word. Just keep in mind that OCR'ing these documents will increase the file sizes and create some load on the computer performing the process.
