Closing Tip for The End of the Month
Below is a brief overview of an email that I sent to our sales team. Believe it or not there are additional ways to close additional business at the end of the month. We close our month early which can actually work to our advantage. Also an important point is that we all have two end of the month closes to work with, one for the bean counters (our end of month the 23rd) and the calendar end of the month, which is the last day of the month.
