Often in SMB business there is no IT person to perform this task.
I like to say that installing print drivers is considered Professional Services. For the first 90 days all Pro Services are included thereafter billable at $95.00 per hour.
Customers often get new computers. I say if I can install them remotely, then No Charge. If I have to show up onsite, then one hour Pro Services.
This is a great edge against National OEMs who will invoice for just about anything after the initial install.
Are there feature advantages to be found against a competitors print driver? Sure and it could be the knock out feature we all look for.

When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
