Failed Print Jobs on the W3600 with Embedded Print Controller

Does anyone know if Web Image Monitor or Web Print Tool has the ability to send a message to the user letting them know that their job is unable to print?

Also, does the W3600 have the ability to auto delete a job if it cannot print or does it just hang up the system until someone deletes it? Perhaps a firmware upgrade that will allow this?
