Adobe X not working with Konica Twain Scanning | Print4Pay Hotel

I have a bizhub 552 on demo and the endusers need to scan their documents to a nearby workstation to view before sending. They are using Adobe version X but unfortunately it will not communicate with the 552. It was tested with Adobe version 9 and it worked but will not work with X. They need to OCR with X. If anyone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it!

There is a new TWAIN driver on the KM web site that does support Adobe Acrobat X.

TWAIN driver version 3.1.2.30a has been released. The new version supports TWAIN scanning from Adobe® Acrobat® X
